  1. Non-Refundable & Non-Changeable Tickets

All tickets sold through our platform are offered at discounted or promotional rates. Due to these special pricing arrangements:

  • All tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable once issued.
  • Modifications, including date, time, route, or passenger details, are permitted after booking depending upon the ticket policies.  
  • If you choose to cancel your travel plans or decide not to travel for any reason, the entire ticket value will be forfeited.

We strongly recommend confirming your travel plans before completing your purchase.

 

  1. Passenger Name Accuracy

Tickets are issued exactly as per the passenger details provided at the time of booking.

  • Name changes are not allowed under any circumstances.
  • Even minor spelling errors may result in denied boarding.
  • It is your responsibility to carefully review all passenger information before confirming your booking.

We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete passenger details.

 

  1. No-Show Policy

Failure to board the train at the scheduled date and time will be considered a “no-show.”

  • In such cases, your ticket will be automatically cancelled.
  • No refund, credit, or rescheduling will be provided.

Please ensure you arrive at the station well in advance of departure.

 

  1. Responsibility During Travel

If you encounter any issues related to your ticket, booking, or travel:

  • You must contact our support team immediately via phone or email.
  • This allows us to assist you in real time and attempt to resolve the issue.

Failure to notify us promptly may limit our ability to assist you.
Any disputes raised without prior contact may result in restricted access to future services or further action.

  1. Customer Responsibility

As a customer, you are responsible for verifying all booking details before confirmation, including:

  • Travel dates
  • Departure and arrival times
  • Passenger names
  • Routes and destinations

Any errors made during booking cannot be corrected after ticket issuance.
